Introducing Rosette Château du Rooy 2020
The Rosette Château du Rooy 2020 is a beautiful dessert wine with mellow pale-yellow tones with floral and white peach aromas. It’s a surprising wine that is subtle and fresh on the palate.
Produced in the Bergerac region, a small appellation for sweet white wines, located in South–West France.
Château du Rooy was established in the late 1950s. The vines are located on the slopes overlooking Bergerac and the Dordogne valley with southern exposure. Gravelly and sandy loam soil with a trans subsoil and oceanic climate ensures the perfect conditions for this wine.
The Rosette Château du Rooy 2020 is ideal with duck or goose liver pâté, goats’ cheese and nuts. Also as an aperitif or with tangy desserts that are not too sweet.
