Rosette Château du Rooy 2020
The Rosette Château du Rooy 2020 is a beautiful sweet wine with mellow pale-yellow tones with floral and white peach aromas. It’s a surprising wine that is subtle and fresh on the palate. It is a perfect dessert wine, but can also successfully be served as an aperitif.
Produced in the Bergerac region, a small appellation for sweet white wines, located in South–West France. Château du Rooy was established in the late 1950s. The vines are located on the slopes overlooking Bergerac and the Dordogne valley with southern exposure. Gravelly and sandy loam soil with a trans subsoil and oceanic climate ensure the perfect conditions for this wine.

- Sauvignon Gris: 30% – offering aroma and elegance
- Sauvignon Blanc: 30% – offering aroma and elegance
- Sémillon: – 10% – offering freshness
- Muscadelle: 30% – offering aromatic and sustained notes of white flowers
This wine is best consumed within two years.
The Rosette Château du Rooy 2020 is ideal with Confit of foie gras of duck or goose liver, goats’ cheese and nuts. Also as an aperitif or with tangy desserts that are not too sweet.
